    Short Reads a record
    Syntax READREC(DB : INTEGER; recno : INTEGER) : INTEGER
    Parameter DB : table handle from OPENDB
    recno : physical record number (position)
    Return recno

    Description Every opened table has a buffer for exactly one record of this table.

    With READREC a record from the table (which is always on an external data carrier) is transmitted to the record buffer.
